Location:
Beautifully situated and comfortable cottage (75 sqm) in the province of Blekinge (Southeast of Sweden)
1000 sqm garden. Ideal for families with children. The garden is surrounded by meadowns and forests.
200 meters away from the Baltic Sea. Several small sand beaches within 1 - 4 km.


The cottage:
3 bedrooms (2 beds / 1 bed / 1 bed), living room, kitchen, bathroom, terrace under roof.


Equipment:
TV, Sat, radio, CD-player, DVD-player, baby bed, baby chair,
stove and oven, fridge, freezer, microwave oven,
coffee machine, toaster, waffle baker, Raclette, iron, ironing board, etc.
Washing machine, garden furniture, grill, etc.

Activities:
Bathing and fishing 200 meters. Wellness/Spa, tennis 10 km. Golf courses 6, 8 and 14 km.
Shopping etc. 8 - 10 km.

Various:
No smoking in the house.
No pets.

Rent:
Between 480 and 515 Euro per week (depending on time of the year and agreement).
